International (PSI) offers a professional, university-accredited,
instructor training curriculum called the Master Training Program (MTP)©.
All MTP courses are based on proven instructional design, provided in
a way that addresses different learning styles and are linked to core
competencies that produce bottom-line results. The MTP enables you to
gain the skills you need to contribute to your organization and advance
your career by acquiring recognition for those skills. The MTP is available
to be taken for credit in the University of Victoria’s Certificate
in Adult and Continuing Education (CACE), or the course content can be
adapted to meet curriculum requirements anywhere. Courses include:
- Principles of Learning and Instruction
- Needs Assessment
- Instructional Design
- Job Aid Design
- Instructional Media Design
- Instructional Management (facilitation skills)
- Evaluation of Learning
Courses are available in eLearning, Self-directed Book and Instructor-led delivery methods, all of which are highly interactive and come complete with comprehensive learning materials.
