Concentration Flash Game Engine
This Flash game engine allows authors to create any number of web-based games designed on the childhood game “Concentration,” in which players have to match two cards. In this version, the cards contain an image, an audio clip and/or text with the purpose of learning vocabulary, especially long lists of things such as food, tools, furniture, animals and so forth. Each matching set can be made to contain different but related items, such as for teaching plurals like apple/apples and goose/geese. This game can be used to teach many types of students including English as a Second Language, literacy and young kids.
